Please allow me to introduce myself My name is Iain Luck and I’m an authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant appointed by the Attorney General’s office to solemnise marriages. Although I am based in the bustling rural town of Warragul, situated in the rolling green hills of Gippsland, I conduct ceremonies anywhere in Victoria, and even interstate, if the need be. I have a Bachelors Degree in Education and a Certificate 4 in Celebrancy, and I am a member of Celebrants Australia and the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants.
