The majority of our formal style menus are costed to be fully inclusive of all  Serving Equipment (Crockery/Cutlery), Cooking Equipment required for your specific menu (ovens, deep fryers etc), Serviettes and Uniformed Staff to serve the food and clear away for the specified time period of your chosen menu.
