Booking your wedding venue is one of the most important and expensive tasks associated with planning your wedding. You want your wedding day to be perfect. $1000, and the date is set.

 

3. WHEN IS THE VENUE DEPOSIT DUE?

50% of the balance is due 3 months prior with the balance due 14 days prior the event date.

 

4. IS YOUR DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

No, not after the initial cooling-off period.

 

5. DOES AVALON CASTLE OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?

Absolutely. Paying affordable instalments will allow you to spread your payment out over a comfortable time frame.

6. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE WILL YOU NEED TO BOOK?

Like all popular wedding venues, We are often in high demand, Especially around peak season. When you find your perfect venue, book it in asap before someone snaps up your special date.

 

7. HOW FLEXIBLE ARE YOU WITH TIMINGS OF THE DAY?

Most venues know from experience the best running times for your day, e.g. how long you’ll want between the ceremony and reception for photos and when is best to have the dinner and speeches.  Ask what they recommend and then how flexible they can be. If you’re not looking for a traditional layout to your wedding day and want an informal or slightly different timeline to your day, you need to make sure your venue offers that. 9. IS THE PRICE REDUCED FOR MONDAY TO THURSDAY EVENTS?

We have very good pricing for weekday weddings. You also have the bonus of having both of our full-time wedding planners here to oversee your wedding details. Weekday weddings have a sense of calm about them and you may even have the option to extend your stay.

 

10. CAN I EXTEND MY FUNCTION TIME ON THE NIGHT?

Yes. Just let the function manager know early so we can inform the staff that you are going to stay with us a little longer.

No. Our couples rarely leave the grounds. We have some amazing locations and they are not always shown on the website.

 

 

19. HOW MANY HOURS DO WE GET WITH YOUR STANDARD WEDDING PACKAGE?

Most venues offer 5 – 5.5 hours. We offer a 7-hour event.
